How we handle your data
This page explains what data we collect on this site, why we use it, and how long we keep it.
What data we collect
- Information you send through forms: name, email, company, phone if provided, city or cities, stops per day, time windows, and notes.
- Basic technical details from the submission, such as time, IP address, and browser, to prevent spam and keep the service secure.
- Messages sent via
mailto:links to our contact inboxes. - Our forms are handled by Formspree on our behalf.
Why we use it
- To reply to sales or pilot requests and continue the conversation if you ask us to.
- To protect the site from spam and abusive use.
Our legal basis is your request for contact and our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
How long we keep it
- Contact and form data: up to 24 months from the last interaction, unless the law requires a different period.
- We do not use cookies or tracking tools on this page.
If a pilot is running
- GPS data is kept for 30 days by default, although this can change by customer agreement.
- Proof-of-delivery images are stored in S3/R2 and deleted automatically after 180 days, unless your contract says otherwise.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you can ask for access, export, or deletion of your data at [email protected].
